About Ron
During his 33-year legal career with a leading international law firm, Ron served as the Global Co-Chair of its Finance, Corporate Lending and Fund Finance practices, as well as on its Executive Committee. While Ron devoted himself to senior management, the firm more than doubled in number of professionals and tripled its revenue metrics. Throughout his tenure, Ron routinely ranked among the top legal advisors in his field according to numerous lead rating agencies.While well into his legal career, Ron earned his designation as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, a coaching program accredited by the International Coaching Federation. Since then, Ron has committed himself to the aspirational, balance and transitional coaching of c-suite executives and other top ranked professionals, as well as non-business clients.Ron earned his B.A., with honors, from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, his J.D., with honors, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he was Managing Editor of their Law Journal, and his M.B.A., with honors, from Northwestern University - Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
